This story is like happening at school or home because when I used to live in New York I had so many pets like: 3goldfish, 1 rabbit, 2dogs, and 2 birds. My text- to text is like this book called A girl name Molly who had to many pets like: 2dogs, 1 cat, 4 goldfish, and 2 snakes.
My book is called heaven. I have one person in the book and she is the one who tells the story.The thing i do not understand is when she says heaven is one step away.so when you step nothing happens.The book is great.The little girl is so happy because her mommom found this little note on the bench she was sitting on and it read you can take one step and your up in heaven.you should try reading it.

The second thing wasan important part on page 74. I put down that Marly got really mad beacause kevin,lucy,uncle(dad),and the two other people hasent been telling the truth for a long time!The reason why i picked it was because this is the basic part of the story and how she got lied to and dosent know her life style
On page 77 their was a funny part to me it was that their was a box at the bottom of Marlys bed and she didnt know what it was but she thought it was like money or somthing so she kicked it off her bed. The reason why i picked it was because usally when somone gets a box with thier name on it they want to rip it open and see whats inside not kick it even how mad you are.
This is the last part i wrote about and it is about the letters to me i think that most of the letters are boring and i really don't feel any emotions. Their is some emotions i get but 48% i don't like what they are saying! The reason why i picked it was because it is not that interseting to me

My book is Heaven.The one part I think is sad is when Marley's mom died this reminds me when I hear of see people that have past away. I think when Shoogy cuts her self it's weried. I can't Marley's parent's never told her that she was adopted that is weried too. The part I think is a bad part is when Shoogy smoked.
I have a question do you know why Marley's parents never told her that she was adopted? Another question is do you know what Butchy or Bobby was looking for in his parents room? I'm not sure who it was so if I made a mistake than I'm sorry.

My role is artful artist my theme of my drawing was shoogy.I drew a cigarette to resemble when they were on the top of the water tower.Then I also drew a fork two knives and a no shoes sign because she never wears shoes.I drew stich marks because she cuts herself.I also drew a water tower for when they bwere on the water tower al day long.I drew grass beacause at the very very end she sits in the yard all day pulling up grass.the two knives beacause she cuts herself.This is my favrite role

ReplyDeleteMy book is Heaven.The one part I think is sad is when Marley's mom died this reminds me when I hear of see people that have past away. I think when Shoogy cuts her self it's weried. I can't Marley's parent's never told her that she was adopted that is weried too. The part I think is a bad part is when Shoogy smoked.

ReplyDeleteI'm the artful artist. What I drawed is Shoogy cuting her self in her room. The reason why she was cuting her self was that she had ben deperssed. When shoogy parents say she is perfact she starts to cut her self.
ReplyDeleteMy role was text connector I chose text-to-self and I said other people and problems because one of my best friends lost her mother and her parents got divorced and she does not know who her dad is her name is Savannah.
ReplyDeleteI'm done the book now but know I am the litery luminary and I said that the book was confusing because on page 52 the letter sounded like marely was the mayior and on page 2 it was about jack dog named boy and I thought it was a kid. page 8 I was reading fast and seen impala and thought a person died

To bbaker answer to you're first question I think that the author wrote the book because she might of had the same problem she could've lost her mother and didnt who her dad was that is my answer.
